reflexion-main
Reflexion is a brand new brick breaker game from “Trileet Inc”, at first we thought it was just your run of the mill clone of the hundreds of brick breaking games available on the App Store, but fortunately Reflexion brings something new to the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Reflexion gives you the power to create your own paddle anywhere on the screen and angle the ball wherever you want. This feature is really challenging and opens up some new strategies that you can apply and work with your paddle is no longer pinned to the bottom of the screen which is typical of these kinds of games. Globs - iPhone Review

globs-main
Globs is a fairly polished game in which you take on the role of Nerdman. The character sprite is a little on the small side but I believe that is needed to manoeuvre around the map more freely (the smaller the guy, the bigger the map seems).
The touch controls in Globs are some of the best you will find. The double circle pads are done nicely. On the left, the pad controls movement left/right and jumping and kneeling. On the right, the pad controls the direction you point your gun with the middle being the fire button. There are 2 other different controls schemes for you to control you character, but the best being the one presented above. Read the rest of this entry »

Boy do my fingers hurt ! I found myself playing StickWars till my fingers got numb from all the flicking and tapping . This fast-paced ,action packed game will challenge you to the max , requiring lightning-fast fingers and cunning strategy.
Tap, flick, and shake your way to victory the first high-quality castle defense game for the iPhone/iPod Touch.
The game is simple but fun and challenging ,you have a castle that needs to be protected from the hordes of attacking stick-men. They come in waves and you have to use your fingers to kill them, either by flicking them into the air or squishing them into submission. If the stick-men reach the castle they will attack it , lowering its HP , when the hit points reach zero , you lose. Read the rest of this entry »

We at Gamedroid try to bring our reader the most fun and original game ideas available on the appstore. This task is hard because as we look through the store we stumble upon clones upon clones made after successful games. That may not be a bad thing, as so often a game will appear that will improve on the original, but sometimes you just want to play something different and unique. And Turbo Duck is just that, a fun and totally original game from the others on the iPhone App Store. Read the rest of this entry »

Because of games like Doodle Jump is why I love my iPhone and the App Store. iTunes, even with its very strict acceptance system allows original , independently funded games to reach millions of gamers. This proves why the Iphone is the perfect device for casual games, games which can offer more fun and relaxation than some that will cost you 5 bucks and take up 200 megabytes of disc space.
Doodle Jump is an surprisingly fun and addictive platform jumping game that may keep you glued to your iPhone. Read the rest of this entry »

Tank-o-Box is an arcade combat game in which you operate a tank during intense battles that unfold on an imaginary writing desk between amusing children’s sketches and office stationery.

This is what every game on the Iphone and Ipod Touch should be: a simple and fun idea with a great implementation.
